This world... its broken in a way I didn't think anything could fix. We have endbringers threatening to destroy cities, villains running around killing people in the street in fights vastly unfair to the modern public. I planned to grow up and become a doctor, hopefully, help save a life here or there, make enough to survive...

Some capes manifest powers that are very different from their shards, and some capes receive something very similar to the original. Taylor carries the Administrator shard, used to process and control informational systems with no upper limit. What happens when the powers she gets are a lot more direct than bug control?

It's amazing how little difference there is between a serial killer and an adventurer. Especially when you're trying to save the world. It's also amazing how little difference there is between a munchkin and a normal SI when you're placed in Worm. A CYOA involving the Gamer power.

While she is the one driving the events of the story, she will not be the focus. Instead, this story will be done through the lens of a few members of Brockton Bay's PRT staff.

This fic came to me while reading PGtE because you could practically swap Catherine and Taylor and have the stories vary very little. So I wondered to myself, what would it be like if two queens of escalation with morally dubious choices got together? Well, a whole lot of goblinfire, biblical plagues, and general fuckery. Since my search on SB of fics for PGtE revealed a grand total of none, I decided that this was my calling. For those of you not familiar with a Practical Guide to Evil, here is the weblink. It's a weekly updating web serial about Catherine Foundling, an orphan who likes to do the wrong things for the right reasons. The first book is a bit slow and cliche, but that's intentional and pays off greatly in book two. Imagine the start of Worm, but if Taylor actually had a sense of humor and a bit less angst. The series is still on-going and I highly recommend picking it up. This fic: A crossover between the two. It starts with Taylor ending up in Calernia, the world of PGtE. Where it goes from there, we will have to see. The fic occurs after the Echnida incident in Worm and after Book 2 in PGtE. It updates when it updates.

After weeks to months of hunting Taylor down, they finally manage to pin her and trap her inside her own special prison. Pandora's Box. Years later, Tattletale, Kid Win, Foil, and Parian spring her free in order to stop the slow and eventual destruction of the world. A journey ensues.

The world first saw Harry Bailey in a photo kneeling on a road before the Endbringer the Simurgh. The Simurgh's psychic scream drove entire cities mad. In Harry, it woke something else entirely. He never told the heroes what happened. After all, how could a young boy explain memories he could not possibly have, of a powerful, ancient sorcerer from a universe that preceded his own?

Granted powers from another world, Taylor Hebert must deal with a world of Capes who want to kill her once they discover that she can permanently steal powers.

Taylor triggers with chemical tinker powers. Basically, her Shard injects knowledge into her brain to help her make chemicals of various kinds - from drugs to poisons to acids or whatever else. The Shard also allows for her to more easily mix these chemicals and form them, by encouraging the right molecular bonds and such while she tinkers in proximity to the chemicals. She can develop any kind of chemical, drug, whatever that she'd ever need - and can create interesting drug/chemical reactions to do various effects.

Can gift people permanent "powers" via specially designed tinker chemicals/drugs.

Taylor is kidnapped and stuffed into a cryopod by a Grineer science/raiding party in 2009 while at summer camp. The Grineer’s ship suffers a malfunction and is trapped in the Void. Taylor wakes and is eventually discovered by a Tenno party.

Hello. Welcome to A Champion in Earth Bet, a Worm quest with light crossover elements from The Avatar's World. The Avatar's World was my first attempt at creating a custom superhero setting, back when I was running a Mutants&Masterminds campaign... The Locker Scene plays out differently and Taylor comes out with the power to manipulate peoples emotions. Undeterred by the villainous nature of her power she decides to form a hero team, using her power to recruit woman.

Welcome to my new quest. Now, first and foremost, I have run quests before on different sites, under different aliases, but I've never precisely run something on a forum like SB/SV before. It's a bit different than what I'm used to, but I'll try my best. I'm used to a very fast-moving quest, a post every ten minutes with instant votes, but I'll try to keep the pace a bit more sedate for this new environment. This is a Worm Quest, and you guys are going to be playing an original character who knows... well, a lot. Almost as much as someone who'd browsed through the story knows. His name is Echo, and he is a parahuman who has lived and died and lived and died repeatedly for centuries. His memory isn't quite perfect, and he doesn't quite know everything... but he gets the gist. His power doesn't quite fit the 'theme' of normal powers- almost on the scale of an Outside Context Problem- and there's a reason for it. Only time will tell if you learn precisely why that is.
