So, this story features Taylor as protagonist, within an alternative universe of Worm. She also has an alternative power. Instead of insect control, she is a tinker focused on simplistic disposable minions.

The Thinker's distraction with the PtV Shard was no accident, it had been engineered by the third Entity: Abaddon. But it had underestimated the strength of The Warrior so now it could either retreat and try again with another Pair in another world or try its luck at beating the Warrior. Before it could choose however it noticed that The Warrior had dropped its Administrator Shard.

When in the locker Taylor get several strong, versatile powers given to her by an outside factor. She instantly uses this to break out of the locker and attack Sophia and Emma, a lot of trouble ensues. So ROBs are used in the beginning to give her power. Magic will play a minor or major roll depending on how it turns out.

Alright, lets take the plunge. I'm going by the seat of my pants here. I've got some ideas floating around, nothing to concrete. This can be seen as a mild fusion now that I really think about it. Giant space shards are things these days. I've no beta, my timeline is kinda abstract, I'm not sure if it should be March or August for Annette, so I'm going with the latter for now. And I've not really written anything in years. Any typos and corrections would be appreciated, along with ideas and what have you. Dear listeners, it's been two years since the end of the world. You're tired, you're frustrated, and the local capes are out picking fights. Sit down, calm down, and tune in as your unsettlingly friendly radio host Theodore Guy brings you the latest news.

Basic premise is that the SI arrives at the worst possible moment, when the original team drops Cadmus's ceiling on Blockbuster. The Worm half is where the powers come from. I honestly debated handing him Kaneki's powerset from Tokyo Ghoul but decided that would be too angsty.

Taylor has similar abilities as a White Mage. Focused on healing, buffing and debuffing. Takes inspiration from Materia-Blade's work with a similar premise. Though I wouldn't take it to the same places as him.

Clockblocker found a new video game to play. Now, normally, there wouldn’t be anything odd about this. After all, the Heroes’ break room does include a TV with various movies and games for anyone who wants to unwind, which Wards like Clockblocker and Kid Win and Protectorate members like Assault and the recently graduated Triumph like to make use of. Even the fact that the game stars them isn’t all that odd, as there were plenty of promotional games that include heroes, both real and fictional, in some way. What was odd, though, was the nature of the game itself. For one, no one had heard of the game, not even the studio that supposedly made the game in the first place. No one seems to know who left the game in the collection, either, and the title, “Worm: Earth Mem” was somewhat odd as well. What did worms have to do with anything? Most shockingly, though, was how… well informed this game seemed to be.

Twice Angra Mainyu was rejected by the Grail War’s victor and twice it was nearly destroyed. Twice Angra Mainyu has been made a fool of, but it had learned its lesson well. Using the dimensional gateway the Greater Grail has to the Root, Angra Mainyu pulls itself and the entirety of the Holy Grail into a new reality in hopes that it will have more luck there. You squirm in your chair, uncomfortable. The chair itself is plush and made from a fine material – genuine leather, maybe? – but something doesn’t let you find a comfortable position. Something.

You keep your mind focused on the ticking of a clock situated at the far end of the room. It’s old, made of wood and metal and grit and time, and the ticking sound of the pendulum – that’s what its called, right? – might as well be the report of a rifle in the quiet of the room. Though it’s not so much the sound, you do live in Brockton Bay after all, but the fact that it’s even there in the first place. It’s just . . . out-of-place. You haven’t seen an analog clock in years, or at least a working one. Winslow, shithole that it is, sometimes has cheap, plastic clocks hanging on the walls. Half the rooms don’t have them, and most students and teachers use their phones to check the time.
